  1. Where can I send images for personalized products?
    This is super easy! Once you place your order just send your images with order number vai mail id: info@kindayoung.com
  2. Can I add 2- 3 words in personalized items?
    Yes sure! You can add 2- 3 words or even one line. But more words and larger sentences can reduce the text size.
  3. Do I get proof before delivery of my item?
    Of Course! We will provide your purchase mockup before dispatching the item. Without your approval we will not process further.
  4. How long will you wait for approval?
    We will wait for 2 days after sending you the product  mockups. In case, if we don’t get a reply will be processed with your personalized request.
  5. Can I change the shipping address?
    You can change your shipping address within 24hrs after purchasing your product.
  6. Cancellation of the product can charge extra cost?
    No! You can cancel your order within 24hrs of placing your order.
  7. Do I use symbols in the personalization request?
    Yes! You can add any symbols but make sure that should be supported in the standard language/ format.
  8. Is shipping prices the same for all locations?
    Sorry to say! But No, it all depends on your location and weight of the products.
  9. What payment method do you accept?
    We accepted all payment methods like paypal, visa, american express, maestro, discover, mastercard and stripe etc.
  10. Can I get tracking details? Do I check my order status online?
    Yes!  you will get order tracking details after dispatching your product. Also you can check online.
  11. Do you provide the gift box or special text or special note services?
    Sorry to say! At this time we are not providing any of these services but soon we will add it.
  12. How long will my parcel arrive?
    We took 2-5  for production & dispatching, in short you will get your product in the next 5 to 10 working days but totally depend on your location.
  13. Do you provide any express delivery options?
    Yes! We offer express delivery options. You will get the price at the time of checkout.
  14. Does express delivery charge extra cost?
    Yes! Express delivery costs you extra and you will get your product fast.
  15. What is the difference between standard delivery and express delivery?
    In standard delivery your product arrives 5-10 days but in express delivery you items arrives in 2-5 days and depending upon your address
